+ *增強社群對於災害或突發事件在短時間繪圖處理能力，以及協同合作的繪圖能力
+ *促進圖客繪圖技術交流，以及與其它國際社群交流
+ *進行方式
+ *國際組 International team
+ *與日本、菲律賓社群一起，由菲律賓社群選定去年海燕颱風受害區域來繪圖。
+ *對象: 有經驗的圖客
+ *在地組 Local team
+ *模擬一個災害情境，如核災、颱風，讓圖客針對災害情境中所需要的圖資，來協同合作的繪圖。(服貿也是災害!)
+ *對象: 有經驗的圖客
+ *技術組 Technical team
+ *將繪入開放街圖的災害資訊導出，變成易讀的地理視覺化資訊
+ *訓練組 Training team
+ *請幾個有經驗的圖客組織一個全日課程(含戶外資料收集)，讓沒經驗想學習畫地圖的人參加。
