*本次 Crisis mapping 的主題是 颶風 Patricia ，她是西半球有史以來最強熱帶氣旋。這個颶風已經在 10月24日消滅了，但她在墨西哥造成的災情包含：6人喪生、235,528 人受到停電之苦、200 所學校、107 醫療機構、34 運動機構以及28,780 英畝農田受到破壞。
*本次 mapping 的區域是墨西哥西岸，那一帶的基礎圖資 (河流、路網...) 都還不完整。為了協助救災，道路是最重要的資訊，於是這個 task 就被發起了。
